Vintage-NOS Swivel Pad, Mount Flat Brackets to 1" Tube, Gearbox Mounts

The swivel pad was originally used when mounting flattened tubes to round tubes, specifically the seatback gearbox mounts (shown below). For use with 1" diameter tubes.

-Black Oxide Finish (not zinc plated as shown in the assembled photo)

-Measures 1.25 x 1.25 x .5 tall, 5/16" mounting hole
