This Margay Wave Rotor packs a punch for the price. It offers great surface area, and at 1.80 pounds, is one of the lightest weight full size brake rotors available. It works perfectly with a stock MCP Cast brake system but can also be fit with the MCP Billet braking system.

This cast brake caliper from Martin Custom Products is used on most 4 cycle applications in modern Margay karts. This caliper assembly comes with everything you need to stop on a dime in no time.

This MCP standard master cylinder assembly is all you need to replace your existing MCP master cylinder. This master cylinder is designed to be used with the MCP standard brake caliper. Piston Diameter: .875"

• #71301 features two brass fittings for use with 3/16” plastic line
• #7130 features a single outlet with a -3 AN fitting for use with a single braided line (as used on current Ignite karts)
• #71311 features dual -3 AN fittings for use with dual braided lines (as used pre-2018 Ignite karts)

The MCP standard system uses DOT 5 (Silicon) fluid which can be found here.

This MCP brake bleeder kit is designed to be used with MCP brake calipers that have adjustable bleeder screws. It works by applying pressure to the system before filling it, and fills from the caliper to the master cylinder.

Brake Kit Ships Pre-Bled 

This cast iron brake rotor has a unique vent design that helps keep it cool under heavy braking conditions. The big 8.25" diameter mixed with the 0.485 semi-hollow center allows for a massive friction area, and at only 2.50 pounds, it won't effect anything other than braking performance. This disc can be used with the MCP Billet brake system and with the proper set of shims, the MCP Cast system as well.
