Q. Why wasn't my credit card processed immediately when I clicked the 'submit' button?
A. After submitting your order, we'll process your order and calculate the shipping.  We will not process your credit card until your order is shipped.
 
Q. Why isn't shipping calculated when I place my order?
A. In order to calculate more accurate shipping costs, shipping charges are calculated only after your order has been processed. Your shipping charges will be included on your order invoice. 
 
Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders received by 2 pm CST typically ship the same day on in stock items.  Orders received after 2 pm CST will ship the next business day.  We will advise you of estimated shipping dates on any items that are currently out of stock.  UPS ground transit times are shown below. Transit times for ground shipments do not include the day the package was shipped or Saturday, Sunday & holidays. UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday!

Q. Do you ship to international addresses?
A. Absolutely, however we do not accept credit card payments on any international orders.  All international international orders must be paid by wire transfer, Paypal or money order. You can choose to pay with Paypal or money order upon check out.
 
 
Q. Can my order be paid for by COD.
A. Sorry, but we do not accept COD orders.
 
Q. How do I track my UPS shipment?
A. Your tracking information will be emailed via UPS Quantumship.  You will receive your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment the day your package is shipped.  Please make the appropriate setting to your spam or junk folder to accept mail from UPS Quantumship.
 
Q. Why don't you have this item available online?
A. With over 3300 part numbers it is not practical to list every item online.  If you don't see something you'd like, please contact us at info@margay.com and we'll do our best to add it for you.
 
Q. Can I pick up my order at Margay or can I visit your facility?
A. Of course! However, please keep in mind that we are a manufacturing & distribution facility, not a retail showroom. Here is where you can find us:
